What is DNA/Epigenetic testing?

We all come with a set of unique genetic predispositions, but our lifestyle and environments will affect those same genetic traits and either dilute or accentuate them through a process called methylation and epigenetics. Your epigenetic clock will help us to predict your biological age otherwise known as your phenotypical age or PhenoAge based on methylation points on your DNA. Our test covers:

What is epigenetic testing?

Track how your lifestyle affects your gene expression. We actually have two ages – our chronological age and our biological age. Our chronological age is the exact number of years we have been alive. Our biological age refers to how our cells are ageing and how our lifestyle, diet, exercise and environment has affected them.

Epigenetics allows you to track your biological age over time giving you recommendations to tweak your diet, exercise or lifestyle to improve your biological age.
